Import from Commons

Copy from Manual Course (Sandbox) to PowerSchool Course

How do teachers copy content from a manually created Canvas courses (Sandbox Course) to PowerSchool created Canvas courses?

• From PowerSchool course:

  • Click on Settings

  • Click on Import Course Content

  • Change Content Type to “Copy a Canvas Course”

  • Search for manually created Canvas Course title and click to select

  • Click radio button for All content or Select Specific Content

    • If a teacher wants to select specific content, they will have to click Import and then click the Select Content button that appears to identify the content they want to import.
